Handmade by skilled artisans on the Norfolk coast, these Aromatherapy Candles are designed to help re-balance the mind and body whilst enhancing feelings of positive wellbeing.

Crafted using organic soy wax, these candles are 100% vegan and have a burn time of up to 50 hours. We always like to try and take a moment out of our daily rituals to practise mindful breathing - inhaling the meditative fragrance through our noses for 7 seconds and out through our mouths slowly for 11 seconds.

A delightful blend of 100% essential oils in a wicked double candle, it is specially formulated for when you are feeling anxious or need to unwind.

The three hero notes within our Relax and Release are Majorana, Nutmeg and Lavender. Majorana is a relative of Oregano. It has a wonderfully calming and soothing effect on the mind and body. I love the way the warm, woody aroma blends with the tension releasing effects of Nutmeg, which layers beautifully with Lavender, an excellent harmonising oil known for its wondrous ability to calm the nervous system.
