Delivery Options

National Delivery

For any products within our store that qualify for delivery to any UK mainland postal address, these items will be shipped using our chosen next working day carrier service.

Free delivery is available on any order that has a value of £50 or more and orders below this value will be charged our standard delivery rates based upon the weight of your order and chosen shipping option.

Unfortunatly we are currently unable to ship by carrier any house plants or terrariums, as these are only available for sale directly via our store or for local delivery within the postcodes detailed below.

Click & Collect

Orders can be placed online and collected directly from our Floralia store located at 47 Market Square, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 6HG . We'll send an email to let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection.

We aim to have order ready the next working day and collection can be made during our normal opening hours.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for all products in our store and orders on or over the value of £50 will receive free local delivery.

A delivery fee of £7.50 is payable on all orders below the order value of £50 and this charge will automatically be applied to your order at checkout unless you have selected to click and collect your order directly from our store at 47 Market Square in Witney.

We are currently only able to offer local deliveries using our own Floralia vehicles to the following West Oxfordshire postcodes OX28, OX29, OX18 and OX20.

Within these delivery areas, we will deliver between the following hours:

Tuesday and Friday 10.30am - 4.00pm

We’ll text and email you the day before your delivery to give you a more precise time slot for your delivery.

Customers can get in touch with us at any time by emailing us at up until close of business the day prior to your day of delivery, to update their delivery instructions.

We are unable to accommodate a same day delivery as we work on a just in time basis with our suppliers across Europe, however we carry a large stock in our Witney stores should your purchase be urgent.

Local Safe Space Policy

Floralia cannot take responsibility for any lost orders once they have been delivered to your chosen safe place which will be requested if no one will be available to take delivery in person. It is driver procedure to take photographic evidence of your order in stitue within your safe place or a signature for any orders left as requested by the customer.

Local Delivering to a Commercial Property or Residences with Restricted Parking

If our drivers are required to deliver your Floralia order via a loading bay, please notify us when placing your order and we will reply with our drivers name and vehicle registration number. It is your responsibility to book our drivers in ahead of time if required to do so. Failure to do so could result in a missed delivery.


Floralia Promise

We love all our plants and want you to love them too. We make every effort to bring you a plant that as closely as possible matches the plant as it appears on our website, in the size you have chosen. As with all living things, there is some natural variation in both size and shape.

If you’re unhappy with your plant for any reason, contact us within 24 hours by emailing us at We are unable to replace or offer any refunds on plants, succulents or cacti after 14 days of purchase.

For all non-plant items, we have a 7 day returns policy for a full refund and after this period a credit note only will be issued only when a receipt for your purchase can be produced, provided it’s unused and in a re-saleable condition. We do not offer any refunds or credit notes after 21 days of purchase.
