Handmade by skilled artisans on the Norfolk coast, these Aromatherapy Candles are designed to help re-balance the mind and body whilst enhancing feelings of positive wellbeing.

Crafted using organic soy wax, these candles are 100% vegan and have a burn time of up to 50 hours. We always like to try and take a moment out of our daily rituals to practise some mindful breathing - inhaling the meditative fragrance through our noses for 7 seconds and out through our mouths slowly for 11 seconds.

Our energising aromatherapy Candle has been synergistically blended specifically to help boost energy and reawaken the mind and body with a blend of over six essential oils, including Grapefruit, Red Thyme and Basil.

We used Grapefruit as it is a wondrously uplifting wellbeing oil that helps to reduce stress and depression when blended with much prized ancient Red Thyme. The aromatic woody scent blends beautifully, creating a spirit-lifting and mood-enhancing oil.
